missingWrote a review on Jul 30effective air conditioninggreat locationoutdated roomunhelpful staffdisappointing service
The location offers quick access to the metro, making it easy to explore further afield. The A/C in the room was surprisingly effective, which was a blessing during the summertime heatwave. However, when it came to the room's maintenance, it felt quite cramped and outdated, not matching the expectations of a four-star rating. Service could improve. staff responses to requests were often unhelpful, leaving a disappointing impression overall.

Perfect for Family with Kids
The staff was amazing, always went the extra mile. Had my wife feeling better by finding a 24-7 pharmacy nearby when everything else was closed, that’s real service.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but considering the quality, it was acceptable.

The location was great for exploring the city, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. However, we did experience some noise from the street and the shower was not well-designed, making it a bit of a challenge to use.

We had a lovely time exploring Barcelona with our family. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the metro station nearby made getting around super easy, which was crucial with four babies in tow.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use some more kid-friendly amenities.

missingWrote a review on May 17rooftop terracecleanlinessquiet escapenoisy rooms
The hotel features a rooftop terrace offering a quiet escape with loungers, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The rooms are well-appointed and maintain a decent level of cleanliness.
I stayed in an Interior Single Room without views, which felt akin to a small box—no windows left it feeling claustrophobic. The soundproofing left much to be desired. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The shower setup was confusing, leading to some frustrating moments trying to figure it out. Additionally, the tourist tax added an annoying charge to my stay that didn’t sit well with me. Overall, while the facilities meet a certain standard, I wouldn't say they're worth the price for the limited experience.
